Business Overview

In 2003, Flair Airlines owner Jim Rogers recognized a market opportunity to develop a charter company focused on providing customized lift for commercial users and, since then, has drawn on his broad range of experience and relationships to put together a dynamic team to achieve this goal.

Flair Airlines currently operates a fleet B737 – 400 domestically and internationally. Over the past six years, Flair has operated a broad range of charter programs for a number of  Canadian based organizations including Shell Canada Energy, ConocoPhillips Transat Tours, Canadian North Airlines, Cubana Airlines, Sunwing Tours, Suncor Energy, Imperial Oil, Encana Corp., the Canadian Department of National Defense, and the Vancouver Canucks hockey club.

Flair Air has a positive reputation in Canadian Aviation, with a strong and established ownership group, excellent industry relationships, and an experienced management team. Over the past 10 years we have developed an excellent reputation for on-time and on-budget performance and our client list continues to grow.

Flair Airlines operates independently, however we enjoy a strong and synergistic relationship with KF Aerospace, one of Canada’s largest privately owned aviation organizations. The leverage that this relationship provides increases our reach and our capacity enabling us to successfully meet large scale commitments while at the same time allowing us to offer personalized service, flexibility and a lower overall cost structure.
